[Qgis-tr] Translation Pull Request to the release branch is acceptable?

Hi Werner,

my idea: let's not keep different branches in Transifex for QGIS, keep
it simple there.

So for now your 'download ts - upload ts' file is a good solution, but
maybe for next releases we should make Transifex not follow master
immediately, but let it follow the release branch for .... half of the
release-development period (? or so ?).
Then the next half of the period we switch over and translators can dive
into the testing/dev branch at that moment.

What about that?
