[Qgis-tr] Translation Pull Request to the release branch is acceptable?

The ts file needs to be updated. The updated ts file can be downloaded from:

https://github.com/qgis-jp/QGIS/tree/updated_ts_2.6.1/i18n

The translation took less than 3 minutes!
