[Qgis-tr] Website resources removed and renamed

Hi João,

I think this should be and stay a double ':'

See for example:

http://qgis.org/en/site/forusers/alldownloads.html#debian

in rst, ending a line with a double colon and then a newline means that
you want the next lines to look like code. So that is supposed this way.
In the ideal world the software that takes the strings from the sources
would maybe remove one of those, but for now, please just add them too
in translations.
