[Qgis-tr] Want to become a translator for qgis

Hi!

Thanks for you offer to bring QGIS to another language!
Translation is mostly managed on transifex [0], so first step would be
to create an account there and if it does not already exist request
your language there.
We currently manage the translation of QGIS Desktop (GUI), QGIS
Documentation and QGIS Webpage.
