[Qgis-tr] missing messages from transifex

Hi!

Thanks to Juergen the missing translations for topology checker are
now included to be translated. (And it seems he did an overall
improvement as well)
So the strings should now be visible in transifex.

For the second 	question - which menu where?
And it could be that the translation was provided after the source
code was branched for 2.6.
