[Qgis-tr] A message to transifex coordinators

Hi Paolo (and translators)!

I fully understand your concerns and I also have seen some
"translators" just applying for the project and never translating a
single word (I cannot tell the reason for that but well - we are all
humans ;) ).
If a upcoming translator does not agree to coordinate with others you
have my full support to deny the pending join request.
It's just that I sometimes see lots of volunteers not accepted (and
actually the reason for my mail was one upcoming translator willing to
do something were waiting since weeks for being accepted and with no
reply from the language coordinators).
So all I want to see is the pending requests being accepted - or denied.

That leads me to the next point: I think I already wrote it a few
month ago. If a coordinator is not responding for more than 2 weeks
please report it to me. I will try to contact him by myself - wait
probably for another few weeks but if there is still no respond I
think the position must be counted as abandoned and I have to think
about making another volunteer the new language coordinator.
I think not responding for more than 5 weeks should be enough to be replaced?
