[Qgis-tr] Transifex: pros and cons

HI,
I totally agree with Paolo. The major problems we had is that in the
Italian GUI there are some errors we could avoid by seeing the dialog
window in Linguist.

I think one of the problem of Tx is that one is not able to see the contest
of the string (e.g. "layer" and the source is a generic "qgis-gui").
So merge together Tx and the dialog preview of Linguist is the best and
quick solution..
