[Qgis-tr] QGIS knock knock

Dear translators,

A new release is again knocking on our doors and I'd like to encourage
you to take a look at the GUI Desktop translation.
I also want to remind the language coordinators to take a quick look
in transifex anyway because there are a few new volunteers for some
languages.
And as always - please tell me if some of your teammembers want to
appear in the list of translators.

Thanks a lot again for all the hard work on translations.
