[Qgis-tr] QGIS knock knock

Dear Werner,

I'm new on this so I'd like to clarify how the things go. Version 2.12 
release date is 23.10 (today), 2.14 will be on 26.2. When does the 
feature freeze begin for these versions - the web page says that 
translators should start their job when that happens?
