[Qgis-tr] Are Transifex translations going anywhere?

I usually compile QGIS from source on debian Linux to test translations. 
In the past it wasn't necessary to manually pull translations, they were 
updated with the rest of the code. I've tried scripts/pull_ts.sh, but 
first I had to change pylupdate4 by pylupdate5 and next "tx not found" 
error stops the script. Could you point me to the package containing tx? 
I could not find it.
