[Qgis-tr] Typo in qgis-application .ts-file

Some spelling/typographic/shortcut errors in source:

"DIagrams" should be "Diagrams"

In Options->CRS tab there are three (radio-button) options under the 
first section "Default CRS for new projects":

    "Don't enable 'on the fly' reprojection"
    "Automatically enable 'on the fly' reprojection if layers ha&ve 
different CRS"
    "Enable 'on the &fly' reprojection by default"

The first one is missing a &shortcut key.

The next section in this tab is also a bit curious, "CRS for new layers" 
also has three options and the third one is missing a shortcut key:

    "Pro&mpt for CRS"
    "Use pro&ject CRS"
    "Use a default CRS" + dropdown selection

Is there a logic for the last one not to have a shortcut key ?

Hope someone here is in position to explain or correct these.
