[Qgis-tr] Typo in qgis-application .ts-file

Hi,

DIagrams is fixed now in master

About shortcuts, I'm not sure if we have a true guideline about this...

Myself I never use them.
And I think the shortcuts make translating more difficult, as IF a
character is not in the translated text, you can off course pick a new
one but have to be sure it is not used already somewhere in that screen.

If you think it is valuable to use them for all options in a dialog, we
could start a discussion about it on the dev or community list...
