[Qgis-tr] Missing translations for QGIS 3.2 Visual changelog

Hello

  I've noticed that some strings while being translated in transifex
did not go through to QGIS website.

  For example (upper paragraphs)
  https://qgis.org/lt/site/forusers/visualchangelog32/index.html

  Exactly the same paragraphs remain english in other languages:
  https://qgis.org/it/site/forusers/visualchangelog32/index.html
