[Qgis-tr] Missing translations for QGIS 3.2 Visual changelog

Hi Tomas,

Thanks for letting us know!

I had a look into this, the problem is that those paragraphs are changed
AFTER I uploaded the text to transifex.

And the actual text is used as 'key' in transifex (the 'value' then is
your translation). So the text you actually translated is not found
anymore in the latest website rst...

The good news: I will upload new strings to transifex today. So you can
fix this, and start translating 3.4 changelog :-)
