[Qgis-tr] [Qgis-community-team] QGIS 3.4 docs now build with translations

Hi,
Cats rule the world (don't pay attention to people who do not agree) so
obviously they do GIS.
The Transifex "fix me" button was missing in the footer and should be
available from the next rebuild, ie tomorrow. And yes, Transifex is the
right place to fix translations.
