[Qgis-tr] Russian translation of QGIS 3.4 Training manual and/or User Guide?

Hi Guys,

Me and a colleague are working with QGIS in Russian speaking countries. In connection with that we wander if there is an ongoing work on translating the Training manual and/or the User Guide for QGIS version 3.4?

If so - we'll be happy to know where to find it.
