In my self build QGIS I can start in Indonesian (see about.png)...

So you could show of that one, if you can build it :-)

Also in the About box there is a tab which shows which languages are
included and the percentage they have translated (the idea to add those
was also to encourage translations).
And that stops indeed at 35.1% ...
