[Qgis-tr] Please translate index of 3.10 docs

Hi All,

The 'index' in current docs of 3.10 was/is not translated:
Eg see: https://docs.qgis.org/3.10/nl/docs/

Harrissou found out that NOW they should be translatable..

So because this index is always in view, I ask you to please translate
this resource:
