[Qgis-tr] Update of translation of Web Documentation

Hello,
the Italian community continues to translate and after completing the GUI,
now we also want to finish the online documentation, also thanks to the
work of Giuseppe Mattiozzi.
If I'm not mistaken, the synchronization between TX and the website is not
automatic.
please can you explain how to do it?
