[Qgis-tr] Requesting to add a new language

Hello and good day,

I would like to become a translator for Persian (or Farsi) language which
is being spoken in Afghanistan, Iran and Tajikistan.

Since Persian or Farsi language is not supported. Please instruct me how I
can help as a translator. I have already studied "Become a Translator" and
am fairly familiar with Transifex.
