[Qgis-tr] Italian translaction

ciao jurgen, thank you very much.
if you hadn't told us this, we probably never would have understood it.
now everything is fine, we have all three versions of qgis 100% translated
in Italian and we are doing the revisions.
soon I will do three PRs to update the list of translators in the three
versions of qgis.
