[Qgis-tr] Documentation - Porting from Tx to QGIS web

ciao,
we would like to ask you if possible to "transfer" the contents of the
Italian translation of the documentation from Transifex to the qgis website.
Giuseppe Mattiozzi is the main contributor to the translation of the
documentation, and it's been a long time since Tx and the website have been
aligned.
