it is:
1. Ask translators to stop translating.
2. Pull translations from Transifex to github so that we saved "freshiest"
work: we already have a script to do the work. And most of the translated
strings are already in github repo, anyway.
3. Enable the connection between the branch and the project in Transifex
configuration, which should automatically upload source and translation
strings (and hopefully delete removed files). Experiences have
unfortunately proven that this does not work always smoothly, unless they
fix the report I (again) made lately.
4. If strings are not pulled automatically, then we tx force push, hold on
until everything is on the server, and we check if it improves anything.

Above steps are described in the docs readme. I don't know/have any smarter
way but IMHO the workload is on Transifex server, not on our shoulders. Or
do I overlook something?
