Yongchan, you guessed right. See https:// github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/57287 ( the tip was to search in the source repository the string "QgsRichTextEditorBase", which is shown as the context of the string in Transifex,  and most of the times, is the file or class it is pulled from)
