[Qgis-tr] About the resources for QGIS Desktop on Transifex

Hi Andrea,

Thanks for reporting.
Removal of old releases has to be done manually, so just an oversight here. Underway!

qgis_en.ts is a misnamed file for 3.40. @jef-n could it just be renamed in Transifex or are there some other logic (that would have failed) in play in QGIS repository?
