[Qgis-tr] Contact for Traslate Qgis to spanish

Hi!

When logged into transifex and opening the spanish translation area you
should see which strings are still untranslated and where there are
translations missing.
I hope you can view this URL:
https://app.transifex.com/qgis/QGIS/language/es/

so currently there are around 76% translated for the qgis-application for
example.

Of course you can also help in translating the webpage or the documentation
(which is currently around 98% finished).
There are plenty of things to do ;)
