[Qgis-tr] some translated strings in QGIS 4.2 are visible in a different way

Hello everyone,
I wrote a while ago to mention a script I have created [1] that compares
the .ts files for translations across the various versions of QGIS and
generates a report listing any differing translations for the same original
English string.
I’ve just carried out the analysis, this time including the .ts file for
version 4.2, and I can see that some translations are missing.
However, when I open the .ts file in a text editor, these strings do appear:
It seems that the apostrophe (') at the start of the original string is
causing the confusion

<source>'EPSG:3857'</source>
<translation>'EPSG:4326' {3857'?}</translation>
</message>
<message>
<source>'LineString (2 0, 0 1, 6 1)'</source>
<translation>'LineString (3 3, 4 4)' {2 0, 0 1, 6
