 As I have said here what seems like many times since 2 May 2008, several
 image files are available for testing at, and can be downloaded, for free,
 from http://homepage.mac.com/gregcoats/jp2.html
 All of these image files are available as .tif, .jp2, and .png files.  I
 believe this more than meets the requirement to reference one online image
 that demonstrates the problem.  Please move forward.
