 1. Create new PostGIS connection[[BR]]
 2. Enter connection name and wrong (not existing) host (e.g.
 unreal.site)[[BR]]
 3. Press button "Test Connect"[[BR]]

 In Russian locale we have unreadable error message (see screenshot).
