 Testcase[[BR]]
 1. Open "Add vector layer" dialog[[BR]]
 2. Set "Source type" to directory and leave all other fields as is[[BR]]
 3. Press "Open" button[[BR]]
 Nothing happens - no layers added (yes, beacause we don't specify path)
 and no warning/error messages. IMHO this is not right. Discussion in
