 1) Open file 'admin.shp' (attachment admin.zip)[[BR]]
 2) Properties -> General -> Query Builder, set SQL string: ""NAME" =
 'Алтайский край'"[[BR]]
 3) Press Test button.[[BR]]
 At result we get the message "The where clause returned 0 row(s)", but we
 have to get 1 row.
