Old simbology: Data defined label placement doesn't work for up and down
(but yes for right and left).

 Steps to reproduce:[[BR]]
  1. Open symbology properties for a point layer;[[BR]]
  1. click on "Labels" (mine is in italian, I am trying to translate
 it)[[BR]]
  1. click on "Data defined settings" mini-tab[[BR]]
  1. set the field for "Alignment"

it works if the Alignment data field contains right and left values, but
not for up and down values.
