 Per #3307 (Plugin Installer declines to update plugin), the Plugin
 Installer will indicate '''Plugin reinstalled correctly''' even when the
 plugin was in fact not installed correctly.

 Since '''Plugin reinstalled correctly''' appeared erroneously, the UI is
 misinforming the user.
