 I improved somewhat the lines rendering and the points a lot, creating a
 new set of icons (some of them from scratch). About 95% of the features
 are rendered for the following areas (planet.osm extracs): Italy, Alps (I
 think some areas are slightly better rendered than with mapnik or
 osmarender). Below qml and snapshot.
