rename them and try again.
Yes, one copy was in c:\windows\system32. I renamed it, rebooted, and
again tried running QGIS. This time a different error message appeared:
"The procedure entry point _Z10qAllocMoreii could not be located in the
dynamic link library QtCore4.dll"
