 The "re-projection" already exist in QGIS, right, but without
 transformation parameters such towgs84 or nadgrids, not all datum
 transformations will give good results. This is why in such situations you
 must use towgs84 or nadgrids parameters. Proj4 coordinate system
 definitions come *without* such parameters, so you need to add them
 manually.

 Can you please specify, in terms of EPSG codes, what are the coordinate
 systems of the point grids in the csv file (beside obviously wgs84 that
 has the 4326 code)? thanks
