 Attaching a mtk data logegr, I get from dmesg:

   usb 2-1: cp210x converter now attached to ttyUSB0

 but I cannot connect, in spiete of the message:

   Debug: trying to open file "/dev/ttyUSB0"
   Debug: file opened successfully
