 A Qt bug report [http://bugreports.qt.nokia.com/browse/QTBUG-14889
 QTBUG-14889] has already been filed on the nested QColorDialog problem. I
 added a vote for this bug and attached an example to reproduce it. The bug
 was submitted 10/31/10 and has not been worked on.
