 So does this mean we absolutely need to use the Qt color picker
 workaround?  (And in the future, tweak the qt version test when they fix
 it.)

 Then, I was thinking we should wrap the color picker call so there will be
 only 1 block of #ifdefs to manage.  Something like a qgisColorDialog()
 function.
