[Qgis-user] projection problem

Dear Qgis Users,
I'm using Qgis on a debian testing... and I have installed from the
repositories..

Like I have already done with Qgis 0.81 and 0.9, I have created a new
projection using this string:

+proj=tmerc +lat_0=0 +lon_0=15 +k=0.9996 +x_0=2520000 +y_0=0 +ellps=intl
+towgs84=-104.1,-49.1,-9.9,0.971,-2.917,0.714,-11.68 +units=m +no_defs

when I try to define the project projection I obtain this warning:

Warning: No valid projection. Unable to set map units.
SpatialRefSys/ProjectSRSProj4String: +proj=tmerc +lat_0=0 +lon_0=15
+k=0.9996 +x_0=2520000 +y_0=0 +ellps=intl

is there something wrong in my projection string or it is a little bug?
