[Qgis-user] How to delete a ring?

I have a layer with some rings in it. I want to remove those rings to
have just the outer polygon. I can delete ring vertex one by one, but
when there's only three left I can't continue. If I try to delete
remaining vertex nothing happens or qgis crashes. I attach the layer.
