[Qgis-user] Opening the same shapefile in QGIS and ArcGIS at the same time is impossible - bug or feature?

This feature seems to be ArcGIS based, since the same "problem" appends 
when a .dbf file is opened (in OpenOffice.org or other) and trying to 
access it with ArcGIS.
