[Qgis-user] assigning RGB values in QGIS 0.11

Forgive me for asking, I can't seem to find the "old" way of assigning
RGB values in the Layer Properties fill color window.  Is it
depracated in "Metis"?  I find it easier to use RGB values than the
HTML notation, as I can use the same values for ps.map of GRASS.
