[Qgis-user] assigning RGB values in QGIS 0.11

Are you talking about vector or raster layers? When I opened a vector 
layer properties on the symbology tab, if I click on the color swatch I 
get swatches, a palette HSV and RGB fields. I don't see any HTML notation?

I'm using Ubuntu 8.04 launchpad repos.
