[Qgis-user] error loading python qgis plugin

I  have posted the same issue in the forum, without any reply
I'can't load the python plugins, the log is:

Couldn't load plugin geocode due an error when calling its initGui() method

Traceback (most recent call last):

TypeError: argument 1 of QgisInterface.addToolBarIcon() has an invalid type

It's the same for each plugin: is it a python path problem?
