I didn't too, but I've observed strange things on Windows ;)

Everything works ok now, except this one. I'm using trunk and a layer in epsg
2180 as well as in wgs84. Look:
1. I open a layer. The X coordinates are about 600 000m:

2. After stretching 2x everything looks ok - X coordinates have growed up
to ap. 1200 000m:

3. If I close the layer and load it back, the coordinates are ok (120 000m),
but 'Zoom to layer extent' stretches from inital ~ 600 000 up to
transformed ~ 1 200 000:
