Ok, the problem is, that the 0.10. release does a CONNECT to reach the
server. THIS IS NASTY BEHAVIOUR, as this should be reserved to SSL proxy
connections and malware. Therefore many admins excludes CONNECT to other
ports than SSL enabled ones and that was the reason why it failed.
I didn't found a reason, why this was changed and no option to change this.
