[Qgis-user] Some extra North Arrows :-)

Hi Nikos

Thanks for this. Just to be clear are you making your work available for
inclusion into QGIS source tree? If so I will look at adding your icons
because it would be useful to have some direction arrows available by
default to go along with Magnus' symbol rotation work.
