[Qgis-user] Scaling problems in 0.11

I am running QGIS 0.11 under Windows XP.  I am having intermittent  
issues when zooming in on vector datasets.  When I get to a certain   
scale factor (usually around 1:50000), QGIS just hangs up.  This has  
happened with shapefiles and with PostGIS tables.  Some of the tables,  
such as the TIGER state table, are not large.  This does not happen on  
my Mac OSX version of QGIS.
