In such case, you could try to get src rpms for all required packages
with yumdownloader tool which is included in yum-utils package. Once
you have them, you can build them with rpmbuild which comes from 
rpm-build package. If they all build, you could put them into repo
with createrepo and then manage all clients with yum.

Manually building them more than one host is going to be time
consuming.
